Get to Know Me
I’m Izzy. I’m an Arts Psychotherapist, art workshop leader and artist. I am passionate about using art to help people through their difficulties. I love getting to know my client's stories, and watching their true selves emerge during therapy.

I have implemented new Art Therapy services across the north of England, and have experience in drug and alcohol recovery, community and inpatient mental health and hospice settings.

My sessions aim to increase self-awareness, with a focus on emotional understanding. Making art during therapy can enable difficult feelings to become visible, and be processed in a safe, without the client feeling overwhelmed by them.

I am experienced at working with men and women suffering from long and short-term mental health conditions including anxiety, depression and eating disorders.
I have also supported children and families in creative ways.
